Kyle Martin is the Principal and Founder of Kyle James Commercial. His career began at a boutique DC brokerage firm called the Ezra Company that exclusively focused on Tenant advisory services and did not seek to represent Landlords in any capacity. This exclusive tenant focus allowed him to tailor his services to act as his clients’ “real estate department” providing expertise, support, and guidance in all transaction stages.
Kyle specializes in corporate tenant advisory services and exclusive buyer agency throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. He assists tenants by performing a thorough assessment of their workplace requirements and current lease obligations before preparing detailed strategy to maximize leverage in negotiations while minimizing costs.
Kyle grew up in the commercial real estate industry and began his career working for a construction company. His primary focus is negotiating below-market transactions while assisting clients with strategic reviews, facility planning, and evaluations of real estate and operating costs. Kyle graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
